BACHMAN WEDDING
TWICKENHAM HOUSE // JEFFERSON, NC

Jen and Matt’s Twickenham House wedding photos encapsulated the most perfect fall weather. There was a slight breeze, but the sun was warm. It wasn’t too hot nor too cold.

Their family and friends stayed on the property for the weekend so that the festivities would last past the wedding day. As everyone was getting dressed on the estate, Jen and Matt snuck away to see each other in the woods. We hiked with them farther down the mountain as guests started to arrive at the pinnacle for the ceremony.

Their vows were honest, and their friends lovingly listened while taking in the most epic views. I witnessed all of their parents wiping tears at one point or another during the ceremony. The best man dropped the rings, and, thankfully, they did not fall over the cliff. It was a funny moment to break the nervous air that inevitably occurs during the ceremony.

As the ceremony concluded, family and friends congratulated the newlyweds. They led their bridal party farther up the mountain to take in the views from the top.

As the sun set over the rolling hills signaling the end of the day, the party had just begun in the lodge.
