Lauren + Anthony are incredibly thoughtful, intentional people. They planned their intimate wedding at The Cliffs at Glassy Chapel in Landrum, SC, for many months, making sure each detail was perfect.
Lauren has a heart for family history and traditions. It is visible in her vintage style, which I loved. She brought her grandmother’s and her mother’s wedding invitation suite to her hotel room to be photographed with hers. They were in impeccable condition!
Just before the ceremony began, Lauren’s dad entered her room, and they had an emotional moment. As her mom looked on with tears in her eyes, they embraced, taking in decades of life together. It was obvious what an incredible bond Lauren has with her parents.
After the ceremony, they celebrated in front of Glassy Chapel with a couple of parent dances. We explored downtown Greenville for a little bit before meeting their small guest list at The Anchorage. Their family + friends feasted on incredible food while every told stories and caught up before the night was over.
