Kendall and Logan’s western North Carolina elopement was one of the last normal days in Asheville before Hurricane Helene hit. I reflect back to this day and remember how perfect the weather was and how much the mountains showed off with the fog sitting in the valleys.
The couple chose to meet me at sunrise to exchange vows, take portraits, and have their first dance on top of the mountain. Later in the day, we met up with their families for a small wedding celebration in Asheville. It was the perfect blend of including friends and family while also having privacy for the more emotional moments.
